In early February, 2024, the Guadalupe County Narcotics Task Force (GCNTF) began a Narcotics Investigation in Seguin, Guadalupe County, Texas.

At approximately 7:00pm on April 11th, 2024 the GCNTF conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle and then executed a Search Warrant at a residence in the in the 100 block of Signal Hill Rd. 

At the conclusion of the operation, the GCNTF booked the passenger from the vehicle identified as Brandy BALDWIN age 39 into the Guadalupe County Jail for one charge of Man/Del CS PG 1 >=4G<200G. The driver of the vehicle identified as Joshua BRAWNER was also booked into the Guadalupe County Jail for two charges of Man/Del CS PG 1 >=4G<200G and one charge of Man/Del CS PG 1 >=200G<400G. Methamphetamine was located in both the vehicle and the Master Bedroom of the residence. In total approximately 236 grams of Methamphetamine was seized during the investigation at an estimated street value of $4,720.00.

The Guadalupe County Narcotics Task Force is comprised of Investigators and Detectives from the Guadalupe County Sheriff's Office, Seguin Police Department and the Cibolo Police Department.
